PREM SHAH

Prem is a newly qualified Solicitor at Briffa, having joined the practice in December 2024. She has a degree in Law at the University of Warwick and gained a distinction in her LPC, where she built her experience in IP and data. Prem advises on data protection law matters and all aspects of soft IP (including trade mark, design rights, copyright and trade secrets).

Her enthusiasm for IP and data protection law stems from the way that these areas permeate various aspects of our daily lives. Prem has a particular interest in the music and fashion industries, and enjoys helping clients build their brands and expand their creations.
